is pleased to announce the following new partners in the firm.
Jared M. Le Fevre is a member of the Commercial Department of the firm's Billings office. He practices in the areas of state and local taxation; creditors rights, including bankruptcy, collections and property foreclosures; general commercial litigation; and commercial and real estate transactions. He has lectured to a variety of creditor groups and attorneys on subjects including bankruptcy, debt collection strategy and procedures and construction liens. Jared is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Montana and Idaho and tribal courts in Montana. He graduated from the University of Utah School of Law in 2001.
Denise Linford is a member of the Commercial and Natural Resource Departments of the firm's Billings office. She specializes in real estate law with emphasis on matters concerning the oil, gas, mining and energy industries including title examinations, property acquisitions, and property development. She also practices in the estate planning and estate administration areas. She is a reporter for the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation Mineral Law Newsletter and an update author for American Law of Mining. Denise graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law in May 2001. She received her undergraduate degree in accounting with honors from the University of Wyoming in 1998. Denise is admitted to practice in Montana and Wyoming.
Sarah A. Loble is a member of the firm's Commercial Department. She specializes in assisting employers with ERISA and other employee benefit matters. Sarah graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 1997 and was the Editor-in-Chief for the Montana Law Review. She completed undergraduate school at the University of Washington and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with distinction in English in 1993. Before joining the Crowley Law Firm, Sarah was an associate with Davis Wright Tremaine L.L.P. in Washington working in their Employment Law/Employee Benefits Section from 1997-2002.
Kimberly S. More is a member in the Litigation Department in the Kalispell office. Her principal areas of practices are insurance defense and commercial litigation including personal injury, product liability, real property, Americans with Disabilities Act and ERISA. Kimberly graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law summa cume laude in May 2001 and was a member of the Gonzaga law review. She received her undergraduate degrees in political science and international relations with honors from Carroll College. Kimberly is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Montana and Washington state courts.
