Mary Ann Morehead joined the Litigation Department in the Billings office in August 2003.  Her professional practice encompasses over seventeen years of diversified experience in healthcare, healthcare related litigation and risk management within a variety of legal and healthcare settings. Ms. Morehead is a licensed registered nurse with a BS degree in healthcare administration who performs critical analysis of health care facts and issues and their outcomes.  With her strong educational and experiential background, she is qualified to assess adherence to standards of healthcare practice as it applies to the nursing and health care professions.  Ms. Moreheads primary role is to evaluate, analyze, and render informed opinions on the delivery of health care and resulting outcomes.  She serves as a liaison between the legal and health care communities and provides consultation and education to legal professionals in civil litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, professional liability, personal injury, workers compensation, toxic torts, and product liability. Ms. Morehead is a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants and adheres to the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants Code of Ethics which provides the guidelines for her professional performance and conduct for practice and affirms the values and practices of the American Nurses Association and the American Bar Association.
