Kelsey graduated from Miles Community College as Valedictorian in 2005 and completed Montana State University's paralegal certificate course in 2007, at which time she was awarded a West Paralegal Student Award for outstanding scholastic achievement.  She began working for Crowley Law Firm in 2006 and is currently a paralegal for the litigation department.
