Steven (Steve) R. Milch came to the firm in 1989 after serving as a law clerk for two judges on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of Montana and Idaho, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. With the firm, his practice has encompassed a wide range of civil litigation in both the trial and appellate areas. Mr. Milch also has experience in Indian law matters and is admitted to practice before the Crow Tribal Court and the Fort Peck Tribal Court.
