Robert (Jock) G. Michelotti, Jr. has practiced commercial law since 1979. Having been a CPA with the national accounting firm of Price Waterhouse & Co. in Los Angeles and holding a graduate degree in business taxation, Mr. Michelotti handles a broad range of commercial transactions, including business and real estate transactions, foreclosures and workouts, business organizations and planning and probate and estate planning. He served as a member of the Joint Committee on Trust Law of the State Bar of Montana and Montana Bankers Association and the Corporate Law Revision Committee of the State Bar of Montana. He is committed to civic, community and professional activities and serves on numerous community boards.
