Peter M. (Mike) Kirwan was born and raised in Bozeman. He graduated from Montana State University in 1966 and from the University of Montana School of Law in 1969. He served in the United States Air Force as a Judge Advocate from 1969 through 1974. He has practiced law in Bozeman since 1974. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Montana, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation.
