Michael (Mike) W. Green graduated with Honors from the University of Montana School of Law in 1999 and with Honors from Montana State University in 1996. Mike practices in the Helena office in the areas of commercial law and litigation focusing on state and local taxation planning and disputes and construction matters. Mike co-authored an article entitled “Rejecting Geoffrey, the Continuing Saga of Economic Nexus” published in the 2000 edition of the new York University Institute on State and Local Taxation. Mike co-authors regular updates about Montana state and local tax developments for the Committee on State Taxation’s semi-annual audit session publications, and the annual ABA State and Local Tax Lawyer.
