Michael (Mike) S. Dockery entered the practice of commercial and business law in 1983 and served as house counsel to United Tote, a publicly held corporation headquartered in Montana. Mr. Dockery’s primary expertise is in real estate transactions, including subdivision and development, with extensive experience representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings involving farms, ranches and other business entities. Mr. Dockery also advises clients on numerous banking law issues and general commercial transactions as well as municipal bond transactions. He has presented seminars on real estate transactions, environmental considerations in real estate transactions, real and personal property foreclosures, the Uniform Commercial Code and land use planning. Mr. Dockery is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in Business Litigation and Real Estate Law.
