Matthew (Matt) F. McLean is a partner in the Bozeman, Montana office of Crowley, Haughey, Hanson, Toole & Dietrich, P.L.L.P. Mr. McLean graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law, where he was a case note editor for the Land and Water Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. Following graduation, Mr. McLean served as a law clerk to the Honorable Clarence A. Brimmer, United States District Judge for the District of Wyoming. Mr. McLean joined the Billings office of the Crowley, Haughey, Hanson, Toole & Dietrich, P.L.L.P in 1996 and moved to the Bozeman office in 2003. Mr. McLean is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado. Mr. McLean's practice focuses on construction law, and he has represented a variety of clients, including architects, engineers, owners, and contractors, on projects throughout Montana and Northern Wyoming. Mr. McLean also serves as a Case Note Editor for Wyoming for Construct!, the American Bar Association's Journal for the Committee on Construction Litigation. Mr. McLean's practice also includes products liability, personal injury, and insurance defense.
