Marcia Davenport joined the Litigation Department in the firm’s Helena office in 1998. She has been in private practice since 1989. Ms. Davenport earned a law degree with honors from the University of Montana School of Law and is a graduate of several advanced programs sponsored by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Her principal area of practice is insurance defense, including medical malpractice, product liability, governmental, constitutional and tort law. She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Montana, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. She is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Montana, Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
