Kristy L. Buckley is an associate attorney in the Bozeman, Montana office of Crowley, Haughey, Hanson, Toole & Dietrich, p.l.l.p. She earned a B.S. in Business-Accounting, a B.S. in Sociology-Legal Studies, and a Master of Professional Accountancy (M.P.Ac.) at Montana State University–Bozeman, with honors and highest honors. She passed the CPA Exam. Kristy received her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, with honors. She graduated at the top of her class with an LL.M. in Taxation at U. Miami School of Law. During law school, Kristy was an Articles and Comments Editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review and Executive Editor of the Tax Law Chronicle. Kristy worked at Akerman Senterfitt, Florida’s largest law firm, in their corporate department and at Shubin & Bass in Miami. Her practice focuses on commercial law, business transactions and planning, estate planning, and taxation. She is admitted to practice in Montana, Florida, the United States District Court of Montana, and the United States Tax Court.
