Kevin P. Heaney practices in the firm’s Commercial Department in the Billings office in the areas of banking, finance and secured lending, real and personal property foreclosures, bankruptcy, real estate transactions, contracts, commercial transactions, corporate law, commercial landlord and leasing matters and commercial litigation. Kevin is admitted to practice in state, federal, and tribal courts in Montana. Kevin also serves as an adjunct professor of business law at Montana State University-Billings.

Kevin graduated from the University of Montana School of Law with Honors and simultaneously earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Montana School of Business. He also completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Montana where he graduated with Highest Honors earning a degree in Business Administration-Finance and a major in Economics.
