Jon T. Dyre joined the firm as a trial attorney in 1985. He is admitted to practice in Montana and Wyoming. His primary emphasis has been in personal injury litigation, workers’ compensation defense, insurance coverage litigation, insurance bad faith evaluation and litigation, and disputes involving payment and performance bonds for construction projects. He has also authored a chapter on insurance coverage issues for environmental tort claims in the Montana Environmental Law Handbook. Jon is located in our Billings office.
