Joe C. Maynard, Jr. graduated with high honors from the University of Montana Law School in 1987. Following a one-year clerkship for the Honorable John C. Sheehy, Justice of the Montana Supreme Court, Mr. Maynard joined Crowley, Haughey, Hanson, Toole & Dietrich's litigation department. He has considerable experience in personal injury litigation with an emphasis in the area of estate litigation and workers' compensation. Mr. Maynard is a member of the American Bar Association, Montana Bar Association, Montana Defense Trial Lawyers, Defense Research Institute, and Workers Compensation Rules of Committee. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers, Benchmark, and Mountain States Super Lawyers.
