James (Jim) R. Hintz joined the Crowley Law Firm's commercial department in the Billings office after graduating with Honors from the University of Montana School of Law in 1999, where he was on the staff of the Public Land and Resources Law Review. He moved to the firms litigation department in 2000 and now practices primarily workers compensation defense and employment law, including discrimination and wrongful discharge defense.
