Jason P. Loble’s practice includes a wide variety of commercial law, including entity formation and governance, private securities offerings, mergers & acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, and antitrust matters. He speaks frequently about buying and selling businesses, raising capital through securities offerings, and succession planning for small businesses.

Mr. Loble, a Helena native, received a B.A. from the University of Montana, an M.A. from Purdue University, and a law degree from the University of Montana School of Law. During law school, Mr. Loble served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Montana Law Review. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, he practiced for several years in the corporate & securities departments of two Seattle law firms, Preston Gates & Ellis and Davis Wright Tremaine.

Mr. Loble currently serves as the contact partner for the Helena office and as a member of the firm’s Law Practice Committee. He is a board member of the Helena Adult Soccer Association and a past board member of the Pat Barnes Missouri River Chapter of Trout Unlimited, the Eastside Literacy Council (WA) and Hopelink (WA).
