Jared M. Le Fevre is a senior associate in the commercial and tax department of Crowley, Haughey, Hanson, Toole & Dietrich, P.L.L.P., Billings office. He practices in the areas of creditors rights, including bankruptcy, collections and real and personal property foreclosures; property tax; general commercial litigation; and commercial and real estate transactions. He has lectured on creditors rights in bankruptcy, debt collection strategy and procedures and construction liens to a variety of creditor groups and attorneys. Jared is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Montana and Idaho and tribal courts in Montana. He graduated from the University of Utah School of Law in 2001.
