Myles (Jack) J. Thomas has been involved with the practice of tax and commercial law from the time of his association with the firm after acquiring an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1957. His practice focuses primarily on income and estate tax matters, including the organization, reorganization, and sale of business entities of all types and estate planning for individuals.
