Ian McIntosh, a fourth generation Montanan, graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in May 1998 with honors, and from the University of Washington in 1993. Mr. McIntosh's practice primarily focuses on civil litigation defense including: products liability; personal injury; and insurance bad faith. Mr. McIntosh was named one of Montana's best Litigators by Chambers and Partners in 2005 and 2006.

Mr. McIntosh is an inactive Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Association of Ski Defense Attorneys (ASDA), and is a former American Whitewater volunteer of the month. Mr. McIntosh is in the Bozeman office.
