Garth H. Sjue joined the firm in 2000 and practices in the Williston office. Mr. Sjue has practiced natural resource and commercial law since 1982. His practice includes real estate, lending transactions, foreclosures, oil and gas, bankruptcy, estate planning and administration, business formation, sales and purchases of farms and ranches, and businesses and taxation. Mr. Sjue is also a Certified Public Accountant and has experience as an internal auditor. He has taught and lectured on accounting, estate planning and taxation.
