Gareld F. Krieg has been involved in numerous areas of commercial, labor, health care law, banking, finance and corporate law for over forty years. During the last twenty years he concentrated his practice in the areas of commercial transactions, real estate development, and health care law. His real estate experience includes representation of developers and lenders in business park, shopping center, office building and condominium projects. He has represented numerous borrowers in industrial revenue and exempt facilities revenue bond financing. His health care representation was primarily as counsel for various Montana hospitals. He is a past chairman of the City of Billings Board of Adjustment and served for many years as a member (and one time as chairman) of the Board of Trustees of Rocky Mountain College and is the President of the Yellowstone Art Museum. He was one of the initial directors of Lex Mundi, an international network of law firms, has been a member of The American Academy of Hospital Attorneys and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of banking law, corporate, real estate and health care law.
