David L. Charles joined the Billings office after practicing many years in Des Moines, Iowa, most recently with the firm of Belin, Lamson, McCormick, Zumbach, Flynn P.C. Mr. Charles’ practice includes civil jury trial work, both plaintiff and defense, with types of cases including general commercial, personal injury, product liability, employment, trade secret, lanham act, medical malpractice and condemnation disputes. He graduated with High Distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1974. Mr. Charles is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts in Montana and Iowa. Board certified - civil trial advocate by National Board of Trial Advocacy 1989; Listed in The Best Lawyers in America, category - commercial trial lawyers; Listed in Chambers & Partners, America’s Leading Business Lawyers, category - Litigation General Commercial. He practices in the firm’s litigation department.
