David (Dave) M. Wagner graduated from the University of Montana School of Law with Honors in 1995 and obtained his undergraduate degree in History from Colorado College in 1989.  Staff member, Montana Law Review; Order of Barristers; National Moot Court Team; Recipient of University of Montana Environmental Law Award.  Mr. Wagner's practice is as a trial attorney working in civil litigation, business litigation, real estate litigation and title insurance.  He practices out of the firm's Bozeman office.
