Daniela Pavuk graduated with honors from the University of Toronto in 2001 with a degree in Social-Cultural Anthropology.  Daniela lived and worked in the Czech Republic for one year before attending the University of Montana, School of Law, which she graduated from in May of 2006.  During law school, she assisted teaching legal writing and legal research as part of the law school’s Junior Partner program.  Daniela currently practices in the Billings office in the firm's Litigation Department.
