Daniel D. Johns
Daniel (Dan) D. Johns graduated from St. Olaf College in 1968, and Indiana University in 1973 with a M.B.A. and J.D. (cum laude) degrees. He was an attorney with an Indianapolis law firm through 1978, but returned to his home state of Montana in 1979. He continues to represent and counsel employers in areas of traditional labor law, plus discrimination and sexual harassment, wrongful termination, compensation issues, and personnel policies. He chaired the Montana Board of Labor Appeals from 1989-97, and is a member of the Northwest Montana, State of Montana and American Bar Associations. The Crowley law firm is the Montana member of the Employment Law Alliance and Mr. Johns is its contact attorney for this international network of labor and employment lawyers dedicated to assisting employers.
