Bryan spent three years in the Litigation Department, with a wide practice including commercial litigation, insurance defense, and appellate practice, before joining the Commercial Department.  Now he represents a variety of clients including banks, local and national businesses, and individuals on diverse matters including: 

  • Lending transactions;
  • Loan workouts, foreclosures, and collections;
  • Corporate and transactional matters; 
  • Litigated natural resource matters;
  • Real estate transactions; and
  • Commercial landlord-tenant matters.

Bryan serves on the Board of Directors of the Billings Preservation Society. 

Bryan graduated with honors from the Emory University School of Law in 2004, where he served as an editor of the Emory Law Journal.  He earned his B.A. from Washington and Lee University in 2000.
