William (Bill) J. Mattix has been engaged in insurance defense litigation since 1983. In that time he has been extensively involved in the defense of workers' compensation cases and has been a featured speaker at numerous seminars on workers' compensation. Workers' compensation defense still comprises a significant portion of Mr. Mattix's practice. He also has extensive experience in other areas of litigation, including labor and employment law, product liability law and general insurance defense.
