Alan C. Bryan obtained his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming in 1993 and graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law in 1996. Following graduation from law school, Alan served as a law clerk to the Honorable H. Hunter Patrick, Wyoming Fifth Judicial District Court Judge. Alan is admitted to practice in state, federal, and tribal courts in Montana and Wyoming. Alan practices in the Billings office, focusing on commercial litigation, Indian law issues, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and real and personal property foreclosures.
